We understand, college life is busy. Between lectures, assignments, and social engagements there is little time to relax or pursue passions. We also know how expensive college life can be. However, there is an abundance of hobbies that you can fit in your schedule and most importantly are affordable or even free! Keep reading and we’ll explore some hobbies to inspire you!


Carving out time for hobbies is essential to maintain a balanced well-being, especially during those stressful midterms. Not only can these moments improve your mental health but it encourages self discovery. By investing some time into activities you enjoy, you can learn a lot about yourself. For example, maybe that on-campus martial arts class was not for you, but at least you know yourself a little bit better and you didn’t spend a fortune!
